A proposed 5 story residential apartment building in Niagara Region. This project will have roughly thirty units.
Current Zoning is neighborhood development (ND), but our consultant Pivotal Communities Inc is proposing the zoning to be changed into multiple residential (RM) in the next eighteen months.

Currently the site is 70 feet wide and 350 feet deep, however our consultant Pivotal Communities Inc is in negotiations with the abutting land owners to acquire & sever some portion of neighboring land to make the footprint close to 100 feet wide.

Talk about any big commercial retailer & you will find it within the walking distance with ample employment opportunities.
With close proximity to the QEW highway & US border, this project has a distinct feature to support accommodations to US citizens working in Canada.
